How To Return Your Purchase Products?

 

April Delight Food Products always value the customer’s satisfaction. We want to maintain a good relationship with our valued customers and provide the best quality of our products and services However, if you are not satisfied with the products that you received or the services we provide, you can return the products to us. Make sure that before you decide to return the products you must meet all the conditions of April Food Delight Return Policy.

Here is April Food Delight Return Policy conditions and process:

Return Process

In returning the products you purchased, it must be in its original unused condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. Make sure that you must return the item within 7 days of your purchase. 

  1. Please email helpcenter@aprildelight.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number of your request. You can also contact us via live chat on our official Facebook business page or you make a call using the phone numbers we provided in our Contact Page.
  1. Mail your returned item to our company address located at:

  1. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Return Exceptions

Do not forget to include in your package a signed letter stating the reasons for your return and the original receipt of the item. Remember that the item you want to return is purchased within or not more than seven days of the receipt date.

Return Shipping Policy

Shipping fee applies in returning the item.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
